The BAKER DRIVETRAIN DD7-10602-A Transmission Side Cover Assembly features Function-Formed™ aesthetics milled from aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminum, providing a sleek and durable finish. Its low-profile design maximizes exhaust clearance, making it suitable for custom applications and performance upgrades. The assembly includes 12-point stainless steel ARP bolts and a gasket to ensure a secure and reliable fit, with a large 5/16"-24 bleeder screw for enhanced durability and ease of maintenance. An included 1.1-inch diameter piston allows for precise hydraulic operation, contributing to smoother clutch engagement and disengagement. The kit comprises essential components such as the hydraulic side cover, cover fasteners with bolts and washers, mainshaft and countershaft retaining nuts, an actuator rod with bearings, a center rod, clutch adjuster and plate with retaining ring, hydraulic cover gasket, hydraulic piston assembly, hydraulic line adapter, and all necessary mounting hardware. Crafted in the USA, this assembly is designed specifically for M8 models equipped with OEM hydraulic clutches or those being converted to hydraulic clutch systems. Compatibility requires the use of a 15 mm bore master cylinder, ensuring optimal performance.
