Refund policy

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Be returned in its original packaging with all included parts, accessories, and documentation.

Returns requested after 30 days from the purchase date are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Restocking Fee

If a return is requested for reasons other than a product defect, shipping damage, or an error on our part, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Ordering the wrong item.
  • Changing your mind.
  • Deciding you no longer want the product.
  • Ordering the incorrect size, color, or model.

No restocking fee will be charged if:

  • We shipped the wrong item.
  • The item arrives defective or damaged.
  • The return is due to an error made by Dream Rides of Tennessee LLC.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the returned item.

After inspection, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within several business days.

Any applicable 15% restocking fee and any non-refundable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged product.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs (if paid by us) and any applicable 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
