Upgrade your 88A Twin Cam engine with the S&S Cycle 124" Hot Set Up® Big Bore and Stroker Kit, designed for non-balanced Twin Cam models. This comprehensive kit converts a stock engine to a robust 124 inches, utilizing the original crankcases for a seamless fit. The package includes S&S Super Stock® 91 cc cylinder heads, which are specially machined to accommodate a 4.125-inch bore cylinders, providing increased displacement and power. Forged big bore flattop pistons are included to ensure durability and optimal performance under demanding conditions. The S&S 4.625-inch stroke flywheel assembly, combined with the S&S 640 gear drive Easy Start cams, delivers improved torque and acceleration for a more responsive ride.
Features such as S&S premium tappets, adjustable pushrods, and roller rocker arms contribute to smoother operation and longevity of the engine components. All necessary hardware, gaskets, and detailed instructions are provided to facilitate installation. Made in the USA, this kit ensures quality craftsmanship and reliable performance. Please note that the EFI system must be recalibrated after installation, and fuel or ignition systems are not included in the kit. Although the engine becomes approximately 0.960 inches taller, there are no frame clearance issues, and a stock EFI throttle body will fit properly because the head manifold mounting surfaces are machined to accommodate a stock-length manifold.
