Engine Case - Super Stock® - 3.500" - Evolution Big Twin

The S&S CYCLE Super Stock® engine case is designed for high-performance applications on Evolution Big Twin motorcycles. Crafted with precision, this 3.5-inch bore case accommodates any stroke up to 5 inches and most stock length connecting rods, offering versatile compatibility for custom builds and upgrades. Made in the USA, it features a machined oil filter assembly mount on the front of the case, streamlining maintenance and enhancing oil flow management.
All races within the case are line-honed to ensure precise alignment and longevity, while the breather cavity is meticulously machined to optimize breather timing for maximum oil scavenging efficiency. This design minimizes oil blow-by and maintains proper crankcase pressure, which is critical for high-performance engine operation. The kit includes essential components such as crankcase bolts, washers, nuts, and cylinder mounting studs, simplifying installation and ensuring a secure fit.
The case is machined to support EFI systems, providing a seamless integration for electronic fuel injection setups. Additional features include a timing hole plug, magnetic drain plug, assorted breather and oil line fittings, oil pressure switch, oil screen, spring and plug, along with a Timken® bearing assembly for the sprocket shaft and an oil seal. The pinion shaft main bearing race, cam needle bearing assembly, and oil pump drive shaft bushing are also included, making this a comprehensive solution for rebuilds or custom engine builds.
