The S&S CYCLE Super Stock® 3.5-inch engine case (Part 31-0052) is engineered for high-performance applications on Evolution Big Twin motorcycles. Designed to accommodate any stroke up to 5 inches and most stock length connecting rods, this case offers excellent versatility for custom builds and rebuilds. Its robust construction is machined to accept an oil filter assembly mounted on the front of the stock motor case, ensuring reliable oil filtration during demanding riding conditions. All races are line-honed for precision, and the breather cavity is meticulously machined to optimize breather timing, promoting maximum oil scavenging and engine efficiency.
The kit includes essential components such as crankcase bolts, washers, nuts, cylinder mounting studs, a timing hole plug, magnetic drain plug, and a comprehensive assortment of breather and oil line fittings. Additional features include an oil pressure switch, oil screen, spring, plug, sprocket shaft Timken® bearing assembly, oil seal, pinion shaft main bearing race, cam needle bearing assembly, oil pump drive shaft bushing, and detailed installation instructions.
This engine case is machined specifically for EFI fitment, ensuring compatibility with modern electronic fuel injection systems.
