The Feuling Parts Oil Pump - HP+® Twin Cooled (Part #7019) is engineered to enhance the performance and reliability of your Milwaukee Eight engine. Featuring precision-machined components, this pump increases oil volume through larger gears and properly sized passages, ensuring optimal lubrication and cooling. The high-flow 2.250-inch chrome moly gerotor gears provide 42% more scavenge volume and 68% more oil delivery to critical engine components, helping to reduce engine temperatures and maintain consistent oil pressure during high-performance riding. The pump's pressure relief valve is meticulously seated and sealed to a minimum of 30 psi, with full pop-off at 55-60 psi, preventing pressure spikes and ensuring smooth operation. The design incorporates a groove on the back cover to accept the factory crank bearing seal, making it compatible with your existing engine components. When paired with a Feuling® cam plate, this pump significantly improves oil flow, reduces oil buildup in the crankcase, and helps eliminate common pressure issues associated with stock units. Constructed from billet 6061 aluminum with a natural finish, the pump is durable and built in the USA. Additional features include increased kidney passage volume and oil passages, which contribute to cooler oil and engine temperatures, reduced blow-by, and elimination of wet-sumping. The M-Eight Twin-Cooled™ and oil-cooled motors benefit from increased gear volume—30% more pressure and 53% more scavenge for Twin-Cooled, and 27% more for oil-cooled models—delivering more horsepower and torque to the rear wheel. The oil pump's design ensures improved oil circulation, which boosts engine efficiency and longevity, making it an essential upgrade for high-performance Harley-Davidson® M8 engines. Proper matching to a Feuling® High Flow cam plate (Part #0932-0192) is recommended for optimal performance. Note that the M-Eight oil pick-up port is located on the right side of the engine, and during idle or warm-up, oil levels may appear skewed when the bike is on the kickstand.
