Upgrade your Twin Cam engine with the S&S Cycle 106" Hot Set Up® Kit, designed for optimal performance and durability. This comprehensive kit features high-performance cylinders with increased fin surface area for superior heat dissipation, ensuring your engine remains cool during demanding rides. The bore size has been enlarged from 3.750 inches to 3.927 inches, providing significant power gains, while the 4.375-inch stroke enhances torque and overall engine responsiveness. The kit includes forged coated pistons compatible with stock or S&S Super Stock 79cc and 89cc heads, with enlarged valve pockets suited for oversize valves and higher lift cams, making it ideal for high-performance builds. The cylinders feature 11 fins and a full fin pattern on the cam side that closely resembles OEM shape, ensuring a seamless fit and appearance.

Installation is straightforward, requiring no machining or rebalancing, which saves time and effort. The kit includes S&S cylinders with gaskets, a piston set with rings, a top end gasket kit, pushrods, tappets, 585CE chain-drive easy start cams, and detailed instructions. Please note that a fuel system is not included, and an EFI system must be recalibrated to work with this upgrade.
