Designed for 1999 to 2005 Twin Cam engines with a stock crankcase, the S&S CYCLE Super Stock® Cylinder Heads (Part No. 90-1106) deliver high-performance upgrades suitable for touring bikes and heavy vehicles. These heads are fully assembled with springs and valves, ensuring a straightforward installation process. Ideal for engines over 103 cubic inches or equipped with high-compression pop-up pistons, they help maximize power output while maintaining a manageable compression ratio. The combustion chamber is slightly larger than stock, optimizing airflow and combustion efficiency for larger displacement engines. Featuring large 2.000-inch intake and 1.605-inch exhaust valves, these heads maintain excellent port velocity, providing robust low and midrange response while supporting increased airflow for enhanced performance. The inclusion of high-performance valve springs permits the installation of camshafts with up to .650-inch lift, enabling further tuning and power gains. Intake ports flow at 264 CFM, significantly improving air intake compared to stock heads at 182 CFM, which translates to increased horsepower and torque. Compatibility with stock rocker boxes, exhaust, and intake manifolds ensures an easy upgrade process without the need for extensive modifications. The package includes assembled heads and four long headbolts, with four OEM headbolts reusable for convenience.
