Enhance your Harley-Davidson M8 Twin Cooled engine with the Feuling Parts Camchest Kit - HP+® Series Reaper 465. This comprehensive kit is designed to deliver quieter and smoother engine operation by increasing oil pressure, scavenge volume, and overall engine oil flow. It effectively eliminates wet sumping, blowby, and oily air cleaners, ensuring cleaner emissions and improved performance. Built with heavy-duty 0.165-inch wall one-piece pushrods, it reduces valvetrain harmonics and boosts valve lift for better airflow and power output.
The kit includes a high-volume oil pump, a high-flow billet camplate, and a Reaper® series camshaft, all engineered to maximize engine efficiency. Hydraulic roller lifters, fixed-length pushrods, and Timken/Koyo cam bearings ensure durability and consistent performance. Additionally, the package contains rocker arm studs and nuts, gaskets, O-rings, ARP® cam/crank fasteners, washers, moly lube, and Loctite® for a complete installation.
Designed specifically for M8 Twin-Cooled™ engines, this kit offers a 30% increase in pressure gear volume, a 53% increase in scavenge gear volume, and a 42% boost in scavenge volume with port sizing, matched passages, and holes to the engine case. It delivers 68% more oil volume to the crankshaft and connecting rod bearings, improving lubrication and reducing engine wear. Feuling test results indicate a 50% reduction in engine sump oil level and a significant decrease in engine and oil temperatures—15-25°F cooler for Twin-Cooled™ models and 15-30°F for oil-cooled engines—along with an increase of 10-30 psi in oil pressure.
