The Flare® design is engineered for riders seeking enhanced wind management, a clean appearance, and dependable performance on the road.
The distinctive outer-edge “hips” redirect airflow to create additional downforce at the front of the motorcycle, helping promote a more planted and controlled ride. At the top of the shield, the signature “flip” guides air upward and rearward, producing cleaner, less turbulent airflow for both the rider and passenger. This combination of features helps reduce disruptive wind movement while supporting a more comfortable touring experience at highway speeds.
Constructed from premium hard-coated polycarbonate, the Klock Werks Flare® Windshield delivers a strong balance of safety, durability, and everyday usability. It is pre-drilled for straightforward installation using the motorcycle’s stock windshield hardware, making it a practical replacement or upgrade for compatible Harley-Davidson models. Proudly made in the USA, this windshield reflects Klock Werks’ focus on functional design and quality craftsmanship. To help preserve the tint and protective coating, clean only with gentle products such as Shine Werks or mild soapy water. Avoid harsh ammonia, alcohol, and solvent-based cleaners, including Windex, which may remove wax and UV protection. If dish soap is used, follow with a wax-based cleaner such as Shine Werks to help maintain the windshield’s appearance and performance.
