Add a coordinated finishing touch to your motorcycle with Klock Werks Flare® Handguards in Green Ice. Designed for select 2023-2025 Harley-Davidson applications, these handguards complement Flare® Windshields and custom paint schemes while providing a clean, integrated appearance around the handlebar area. The acrylic finish is styled to coordinate with the Green Ice colorway, making it easier to create a cohesive look across your build. This set includes the Flare® handguards and the necessary mounting hardware for installation.
The handguards are manufactured from aluminum for a durable, lightweight design, while the included hardware features a black e-coated finish straight out of the box. For a more customized appearance, the hardware can be stripped, polished, and anodized to match other components on your motorcycle. Installation is designed to be straightforward with a simple setup and included hardware, helping simplify the process for riders and builders. Because handlebar, turn signal, and windshield configurations can vary, it is recommended to hold the handguards and brackets against the motorcycle before installation to check for possible contact points.
Compatibility restrictions apply. These handguards do not fit 2004-2013 XL models without a shim, 2004-2022 XL models equipped with offset mirror brackets, or motorcycles using bar-end mirrors. Certain handlebar and windshield combinations may also have limited clearance, particularly during close-quarters maneuvering or parking. To preserve the tint, coating, and UV protection, clean the handguards with a gentle solution such as Shine Werks® or mild soapy water. Avoid ammonia, alcohol, and solvent-based cleaners, including Windex®. If dish soap is used, follow with a wax-based cleaner such as Shine Werks® for optimal care.
