Upgrade your touring experience with the KLOCK WERKS Flare® Windshield, designed for 1996–2013 Harley-Davidson FLH models. This tinted windshield uses an innovative aerodynamic profile to improve airflow management compared with a stock shield. The raised outer-edge “hips” redirect air to create additional downforce at the front of the motorcycle, helping promote improved stability during highway travel and changing riding conditions. The Flare® design is engineered to support a more controlled, comfortable ride for both the rider and passenger.
The shaped “flip” along the top edge helps guide airflow up and over the rider, producing cleaner, less turbulent air behind the windshield. This design can help reduce disruptive wind movement around the cockpit while maintaining the touring-focused performance expected from a premium replacement windshield. Its tinted finish adds a custom appearance that complements a wide range of Harley-Davidson touring configurations while preserving the functional benefits of the Flare® profile.
Manufactured in the USA from premium hard-coated polycarbonate, this KLOCK WERKS windshield combines safety, durability, and long-term performance. It is pre-drilled for straightforward installation using stock windshield hardware, helping simplify replacement without requiring specialized mounting components. To protect the tint and hard coating, clean only with gentle products such as Shine Werks or mild soapy water. Avoid harsh ammonia, alcohol, and solvent-based cleaners, including Windex, which may remove wax and UV protection. When using dish soap, follow with a wax-based cleaner such as Shine Werks to help maintain the windshield’s finish and performance.
