This kit features aerospace-grade all-aluminum cylinders with a nickel-silicon-carbide (NSC) electroplated bore, providing reduced friction, increased horsepower, lower operating temperatures, and a longer engine lifespan. The NSC coating enhances durability and performance, making it ideal for high-performance applications. The kit includes a pair of all-aluminum NSC-coated cylinders, custom-forged pistons with high-tension rings specifically crafted for NSC cylinders, and a head/base gasket set. Replacement gasket sets are available separately to facilitate maintenance and rebuilds. Made in the USA, these cylinders do not require sleeving, allowing for larger bore sizes to maximize engine capacity. For optimal performance and reliability, upgraded cylinder studs and head bolts are recommended to ensure proper clamping force and longevity of the assembly.
