Upgrade your Harley Evolution Big Twin engine with the Revolution Performance LLC Monster Big Bore Cylinder Kit, designed for models from 1984 to 1999. Crafted from aerospace-grade all-aluminum, these cylinders feature nickel-silicon-carbide (NSC) electroplated bores that provide a smooth, low-friction surface for enhanced performance. The absence of sleeving allows for larger bore sizes, increasing engine displacement to 109 inches, which delivers increased horsepower and torque. The NSC plating reduces engine temperatures and extends the lifespan of the cylinders, making them an excellent choice for high-performance applications. This kit includes a pair of all-aluminum NSC-coated bore cylinders, custom forged pistons with high-tension rings specifically designed for NSC cylinders, wrist pins, circlips, and a head/base gasket set. Made in the USA, these components are engineered for durability and optimal performance. Installation requires case boring, which is not recommended on OEM cases from 1995 and earlier, and some setups may necessitate a 4-5/8-inch stroke crankshaft. For added reliability, upgraded cylinder studs and head bolts are recommended. Replacement gasket sets and piston kits are available separately to customize your build.
