Upgrade your Twin Cam motorcycle with the S&S Cycle 124" Hot Set Up® Big Bore and Stroker Kit, designed for balanced Twin Cam models. This comprehensive kit converts your stock engine to a powerful 124 cubic inches while utilizing the original crankcases, ensuring a seamless upgrade. It includes S&S Super Stock® 91 cc cylinder heads, 4.125-inch big bore cylinders, forged big bore flattop pistons, and a matching S&S 4.625-inch stroke flywheel assembly. These components work together to deliver increased displacement, improved power, and enhanced performance. The kit also features S&S 640 gear drive Easy Start cams, premium tappets, adjustable pushrods, roller rocker arms, and all necessary hardware, gaskets, and instructions for a straightforward installation. Made in the USA, this kit is engineered for durability and high performance. Please note that the EFI system requires recalibration after installation, and fuel or ignition system components are not included. Although the engine height increases by approximately 0.960 inches, there are no frame clearance issues, and a stock EFI throttle body will fit because the heads’ manifold mounting surfaces have been specially machined to accommodate a stock-length manifold. Proper clearance checks and assembly specifications should be followed to ensure optimal operation and longevity of your upgraded engine.
