This bolt-in kit increases engine displacement from 114"/117" to 132" without requiring case modifications, offering a straightforward upgrade for serious riders. The kit features a 4.32" bore cylinder with forged pistons that achieve an 11.0:1 compression ratio, delivering increased power and efficiency. The included components are engineered for durability and high performance, ensuring your engine runs smoothly and reliably under demanding conditions.
The oil system is upgraded with S&S's premium oil pump and cam plate, finished in a durable blue anodized coating. Removable passage plugs facilitate maintenance and servicing, while independent scavenge sections for the flywheel cavity and cam chest optimize oil flow and filtration. Debris screens in both scavenge pickups and a magnet in the cam chest help prevent contaminants from entering critical oil passages, extending engine life. The oil system's capacity is increased on both the feed and scavenge sides, supporting higher engine outputs.
This kit includes adjustable pressure relief valves for fine-tuning oil pressure with the unit installed, along with Quickee pushrods and high-quality S&S premium tappets.
