Upgrade your M8 engine with the S&S CYCLE 132" Power Pack, designed to deliver increased performance and reliability. This bolt-in kit transforms your 114" or 117" engine with a 4.5" stroke to a powerful 132" engine without the need for case machining. Featuring 4.32" bore cylinders and forged pistons with an 11.0:1 compression ratio, this kit ensures robust power output and durability for demanding riding conditions. The included components, such as the heavy-duty S&S oil pump and cam plate finished in blue anodized aluminum, are engineered for optimal oil flow and engine longevity. Passage plugs are removable for easy servicing, and independent scavenge sections for the flywheel cavity and cam chest improve oil circulation, reducing wear and maintaining engine cleanliness. The debris screens in both scavenge pickups and the magnet in the cam chest work together to prevent debris from entering the oil pump, which enhances engine reliability. An adjustable pressure relief valve allows fine-tuning of oil pressure while the unit is installed, providing added control over engine operation. The kit includes Quickee pushrods, premium S&S tappets, and black coated, hard-anodized billet aluminum tappet cuffs, ensuring smooth valve operation. Designed around S&S 550 cams, which are optimized for big bore applications, the setup supports cams with up to 0.605" lift and features high-performance conical wire valve springs to handle the increased lift with stability. All necessary gaskets, bearings, and hardware are included for a straightforward bolt-on installation. Made in the USA, this kit is built for serious performance but is not compatible with 121" CVO models, making it ideal for custom or aftermarket builds that demand high power and durability.
