Upgrade your M8 engine with the S&S Cycle 132" Power Pack Kit, designed to increase engine displacement from 114"/117" to 132" without requiring case machining. This bolt-in big-bore kit features precision-engineered components that deliver significant performance gains while maintaining ease of installation. The kit includes 4.32-inch bore cylinders with an 11.0:1 compression ratio forged pistons, optimized for high-performance applications. The water-cooled design, finished in striking black granite with highlight fins, ensures efficient heat dissipation and a robust aesthetic.
The kit's advanced oil system enhancements include an S&S oil pump and cam plate with a blue anodized finish, removable passage plugs for servicing, and independent scavenge sections for the flywheel cavity and cam chest. Debris screens are integrated into both scavenge pickups, and a magnet in the cam chest helps prevent debris entry into the oil pump. Increased oil flow capacity on both feed and scavenge sides supports demanding riding conditions.
For precise tuning, an adjustable pressure relief valve is included, allowing for fine adjustments with the unit installed. The package also features Quickee pushrods, S&S premium tappets, and hard-anodized, black-coated tappet cuffs made from billet aluminum for durability. S&S 550 cams are specifically designed for big bore applications, providing excellent performance with valve springs compatible with lift up to 0.605 inches. The high-performance conical single-wire springs complement the cams, ensuring reliable operation. All necessary gaskets, bearings, and hardware are included, enabling straightforward bolt-on installation. Manufactured in the USA, this kit offers a reliable, high-performance upgrade for your M8 engine. Please note, this kit is not compatible with 121" CVO models.
