The Feuling Parts Conversion Chain Drive Camshaft (Part 1016) is designed to upgrade your Harley-Davidson Twin Cam engine with enhanced performance and efficiency. This camshaft is suitable for 1988 to 1996 engines, offering a bolt-in replacement that improves torque, fuel economy, and throttle response. Crafted in the USA, it features a hybrid design with early '99-'06 inner cam journals and late '07-'17 outer cam journals, allowing compatibility with a wide range of models. The camshaft is engineered to work seamlessly with factory valve springs, pushrods, and lifters, making installation straightforward without the need for additional modifications or parts. Its robust construction ensures durability and reliable performance across various engine setups, including 103-inch strokers, providing strong low and mid-range power with a linear horsepower and torque curve. The 525 series camshaft operates effectively within an RPM range of 1750-5500 and has a 9° overlap, promoting better airflow and combustion efficiency. It is optimized for increased compression and cylinder head work, responding well to modifications that enhance engine breathing. The camshaft is compatible with the '07-'17 camplate and oil pump, along with the corresponding chains, sprockets, and spacers, which are sold separately. Please note that conversion camshafts do not fit in a conversion camplate.
