Upgrade your Twin Cam engine with the FEULING PARTS Race Series Reaper 574 Camchest Kit, part number 7222, designed for optimal performance and reliability. This comprehensive kit replaces outdated mechanical cams and tensioners with a modern hydraulic tensioner system, effectively eliminating wet sumping, blowby, and oily air cleaner issues. All components are engineered to work seamlessly together, ensuring a harmonious operation that enhances engine efficiency and longevity. The kit includes a high-volume FEULING Race Series oil pump, a high-flow camplate, and REAPER Series conversion camshafts, providing increased oil flow and improved valve timing for superior power output. Hydraulic roller lifters from the Race Series further contribute to smoother, more reliable operation, while quick-install adjustable pushrods simplify installation. Additionally, the kit features sprockets, hydraulic tensioner pads and housings, chains, spacers, Timken bearings, gaskets, O-rings, and all necessary hardware, fasteners, washers, moly lube, and Loctite for a complete, professional installation. Designed in the USA, this kit delivers an average engine temperature reduction of 25°-35°F and oil temperature decrease of 15°-30°F, resulting in cooler, more efficient operation. It maintains oil pressure within the 15-30 psi range for optimal lubrication. Please note that this kit does not fit ’06 Dyna models. For ’99-’06 Twin Cam engines, compatibility with ’07-’16 camplates, oil pumps, and chain drive systems is included, making it a versatile upgrade for a range of Harley-Davidson Twin Cam engines seeking enhanced performance and reliability.
