This comprehensive kit features a billet 7075 aluminum oil pump that is 50% harder and stronger than stock, providing tighter tolerances under temperature fluctuations for improved reliability. The kit includes a high-volume oil pump, high-flow billet camplate, Reaper Series camshaft, short hydraulic roller lifters, one-piece pushrods, and precision cam bearings, all crafted to enhance engine performance.
Feuling's design incorporates deeper scavenge kidney ports, increasing flow volume over the HP+ series, which improves oil scavenging efficiency. The components deliver 30% more pressure gear volume and 53% more scavenge gear volume for optimal oil circulation, reducing engine temperatures by up to 25°F and oil temperatures by 30°F, resulting in cooler operation and extended engine life.
Additionally, the kit increases oil pressure by 10-30 psi, reduces wet sumping, blowby, and oily air cleaner issues, and features magnets in the oil pump to protect gears and pressure relief valves.
