The Feuling Parts Race Series Reaper 592 Twin Cooled Camchest (Part Number 7268) is engineered for high-performance Harley-Davidson engines, delivering a significant upgrade in engine operation and durability. This comprehensive kit enhances engine efficiency by providing quieter and smoother operation, reducing vibrations and noise through high-quality components. Its design increases oil pressure and improves oil flow, ensuring optimal lubrication and cooling, which helps achieve 15°-35°F cooler engine temperatures and 15°-30°F cooler oil temperatures. The kit's robust construction promotes a more reliable, high-performing engine capable of handling increased bore sizes, higher compression ratios, and aggressive camshaft profiles. The heavy-duty 0.165-inch wall pushrod reduces valvetrain harmonics and boosts valve lift, contributing to improved airflow and power output. This assembly responds well to modifications such as slip-on mufflers, full exhaust systems, and high-flow air cleaners, making it a versatile upgrade for performance enthusiasts. The lifters feature a full 0.200-inch total travel with a slower bleed-down rate, allowing the engine to sustain higher RPMs before valve float occurs, while increased roller clearance accommodates steep ramped camshafts and front exhaust camshaft lobes. The kit includes a race-grade high-volume oil pump, high-flow billet camplate, Reaper Series camshaft, full-travel Race Series hydraulic roller lifters, fixed-length pushrods, and premium components such as Timken/Koyo cam bearings, rocker arm studs and nuts, gaskets, O-rings, ARP® fasteners, washers, moly lube, and Loctite®—all made in the USA. Note that this kit is not compatible with 2023-2024 models equipped with 121-inch VVT motors, ensuring proper application for specific Harley-Davidson engines.
