Upgrade your Twin Cam engine with the FEULING PARTS Race Series Reaper 630 Camchest Kit, part number 7223ST. This comprehensive kit replaces outdated mechanical cams and tensioners with a modern hydraulic tensioner system, enhancing engine performance and reliability. The kit is designed to eliminate wet sumping, blowby, and oily air cleaners, ensuring a cleaner, more efficient engine operation. All included components are engineered to work seamlessly together, resulting in improved engine harmony and performance. Expect to see engine temperatures lowered by 25°-35°F and oil temperatures reduced by 15°-30°F, along with stable oil pressure ranging from 15 to 30 psi, for a more consistent engine operation. The kit includes a high volume FEULING Race Series oil pump, a high flow camplate, REAPER Series conversion camshafts, Race Series hydraulic roller lifters, quick-install adjustable pushrods, sprockets, hydraulic tensioner pads and housings, chains, spacers, Timken bearings, gaskets, O-rings, hardware, ARP fasteners, washers, moly lube, and Loctite. Made in the USA, this setup is suitable for most Twin Cam engines from 1999 to 2006, utilizing the '99-'06 inner cam journals to support the '07-'16 camplates, oil pump, hydraulic chain tensioners, and chain drive system. Please note, this kit does not fit Dyna models from 2006. Designed for ease of installation, it provides a significant upgrade in performance, durability, and engine cooling, making it an excellent choice for serious riders seeking high-performance modifications.
