These heads feature 91 cc chambers that optimize combustion efficiency, providing a significant boost in power and throttle response for your motorcycle. The heads are engineered with 2.000" intake and 1.605" exhaust valves, paired with S&S® ports that supply ample airflow to support high-performance applications. This design ensures your engine breathes freely, maximizing horsepower and torque throughout the RPM range. Made in the USA, these cylinder heads are compatible with stock rocker boxes, exhaust, and intake manifolds, making installation straightforward for enthusiasts and professional mechanics alike. The manifold mounting surface is machined to stock dimensions, ensuring a proper fit without the need for extensive modifications. A special manifold and throttle body are required for engines that are not stock height, so be sure to verify compatibility before installation. The S&S High-Performance Valve Springs included in the assembly allow the installation of camshafts with up to .650" lift, enabling further customization and tuning options. Please note that these heads are not machined for compression releases, and the use of an S&S valve cover gasket kit with stock rocker covers is mandatory for proper sealing. They are not compatible with 2014-2016 FLHTK/FLHTKL, FLHTCUTG Twin-Cooled models, or 2017 touring models, so verify your motorcycle’s specifications before purchase.
