The S&S Cycle T111 Long Block Engine, part number 310-0830A, is engineered for reliable performance and ease of installation in touring and Dyna motorcycles. Crafted with Super Stock™ heads and a durable crankcase, this engine delivers enhanced airflow and power. The easy-start 585 gear drive cams feature a redesigned cam cover, providing improved durability and smoother operation. The TC3 oil pump and cam plate ensure consistent oil flow and reliable lubrication throughout engine operation, all made in the USA to meet high-quality standards. This long block engine is compatible with stock or aftermarket intake systems, giving versatility to your motorcycle build or upgrade.
The revised oil routing on ’99-’06 Touring models eliminates the need for an oil line installation kit, simplifying the installation process. Cylinder heads on T-Series long block engines are designed with ’99-’05 style specifications. Owners of ’06 models will need to purchase a set of ’99-’05 style, offset intake flanges to ensure proper fitment. The cylinder heads are specially machined to accommodate the non-stock cylinder length, allowing compatibility with stock-length intake runners, manifold, and throttle body. Additionally, the breather vent bolt location has been adjusted to match the stock position, enabling the use of stock style air cleaner back plates for a seamless integration.
