Enhance your motorcycle’s dashboard with the Dakota Digital MVX Series Analog Gauge System, designed for models from 1999 to 2022. This comprehensive instrument cluster features a 140 mph speedometer, tachometer, odometer, dual resettable trip meters, and full indicator light complement including turn signals, high beam, neutral, and low oil pressure indicators, all within a sleek and stylish gauge.
For models from 1999 to 2003, the system offers seven user-selectable colors for the pointer, backlight, and LCD message center, including red, green, blue, teal, magenta, amber, or white. The 2011 to 2022 systems expand customization with 31 color options, allowing riders to personalize the display to suit their preferences. The 8,000 rpm tachometer includes an adjustable shift point and a digital numeric readout for precise engine monitoring. Additionally, the system features resettable miles to service with a user-settable countdown warning and an hour meter for tracking maintenance intervals.
This gauge also provides a clock in 12-hour format, voltage readout with low-voltage alert, and a cylinder head temperature sensor if your bike is equipped with a factory sender unit. An oil pressure sending unit is available separately for comprehensive engine monitoring, and the system supports a seven-speed gear position indicator compatible with 3- to 7-speed transmissions. Safety and convenience are further enhanced with a security system indicator, automatic turn signal cancelling, wait-to-start/check engine light function, and performance calculations including 0-60 times, top speed, peak RPM, quarter-mile times, and speed.
The installation involves cut/splice wiring, ensuring a secure fit, and the case measures approximately 4-1/4 inches in diameter with a bezel diameter of 4-5/8 inches.
