Featuring dual-rate progressive wound springs, they provide a smooth, controlled ride by adapting to varying road conditions and rider inputs. The adjustable spring preload allows you to fine-tune the suspension setup to match your preferences and riding style. The low ride height of 10.5 inches from center to center on the shock eyelets contributes to a lowered stance, improving handling and aesthetic appeal.
The chrome finish on the shocks includes chrome springs and damper bodies, complemented by clear anodized billet aluminum endcaps and eyelets, offering a sleek, high-quality appearance. These shocks are mountable with existing hardware, making installation straightforward on compatible models. However, lowering the motorcycle may impact ground and cornering clearance, so it’s important to verify that your wheel travel can be adjusted without causing clearance issues such as swingarm or axle contact with the exhaust or interference with the chain/belt guard or tires.
Please note that OEM upper shock mount covers will not fit these shocks, and they are not suitable for use with rear lowering kits. Custom mounting may be necessary on models with OEM-style offset mount shocks.
