For models from 1999 to 2003, the system offers seven user-selectable colors for the pointer, backlight, and LCD message center (red, green, blue, teal, magenta, amber, white). For newer models from 2011 to 2022, the system provides 31 color options, allowing you to customize the appearance to match your bike's style. The 8,000 rpm tachometer includes an adjustable shift point and can display digital numeric readouts, making it easier to monitor engine performance.
This gauge system also features resettable miles to service with user-settable countdown warnings and an hour meter to track your riding time. Additional functions include a 12-hour clock, voltage readout with low-voltage alert, and optional sensors for cylinder head temperature and oil pressure (oil sensor sold separately). The seven-speed gear position indicator is compatible with transmissions ranging from 3 to 7 speeds, and the system includes security indicators, automatic turn signal canceling, and wait-to-start/check engine light functions.
