The Feuling Parts HP+ Series Reaper 472 Camchest Kit is engineered to optimize the performance of M8 Twin-Cooled and Oil-Cooled engines. This comprehensive kit enhances engine operation by delivering quieter and smoother engine performance while increasing oil pressure and flow. With its heavy-duty .165-inch wall one-piece pushrod, it reduces valvetrain harmonics and promotes higher valve lift, contributing to improved power output and efficiency.
The kit includes a high-volume oil pump, high-flow billet camplate, Reaper® series camshaft, hydraulic roller lifters, fixed length pushrods, Timken/Koyo cam bearing, rocker arm studs and nuts, gaskets, O-rings, ARP® fasteners, washers, moly lube, and Loctite®. These components work together to ensure durable and reliable operation under demanding conditions.
Designed specifically for M8 engines, this kit offers significant improvements over stock configurations, with 30% more pressure gear volume for Twin-Cooled models, 53% more scavenge gear volume for Twin-Cooled, and 27% more pressure and scavenge volume for oil-cooled engines. It also provides 42% more scavenge volume with matched passages and holes, ensuring efficient oil flow and reduced wet sumping. Additionally, the kit supplies 68% more oil volume to the crankshaft and connecting rod bearings, promoting better lubrication and engine longevity.
Test results demonstrate a 50% reduction in engine sump oil level and temperature drops of up to 25° cooler engine temperatures and 30° cooler oil temperatures.
