This bolt-in kit transforms 114"/117" engines with a 4.5" stroke into a robust 132" powerhouse, providing increased displacement and horsepower. The kit features 4.32" bore cylinders with an 11.0:1 compression ratio and forged pistons, delivering durability and efficiency for demanding riding conditions.
The oil system is enhanced with an S&S oil pump and cam plate finished in blue anodized for corrosion resistance, along with removable passage plugs for easy servicing. Independent scavenge sections improve oil flow management between the flywheel cavity and cam chest, while debris screens in both pickups and a magnet in the cam chest help prevent contaminants from entering the oil pump, ensuring reliable lubrication.
Increased oil flow capacity on both the feed and scavenge sides further supports engine longevity under high stress. The adjustable pressure relief valve allows fine-tuning of oil pressure with the unit installed, optimizing performance.
