Upgrade your Harley-Davidson with the BASSANI XHAUST Ripper 2:1 Exhaust System, designed for aggressive sound and maximum performance. Featuring a one-piece 2-into-1 stepped header with upswept megaphone muffler, this system enhances exhaust flow with stepped 1-3/4” to 1-7/8” headpipes. The fully welded construction ensures durability and precise fitment, while the advanced inner collector maximizes exhaust efficiency. The 10-inch megaphone muffler includes a removable louvered baffle, allowing you to customize sound levels to suit your riding style. Crafted from stainless steel 304 for corrosion resistance, the system comes with partial heat shields on stainless models and full heat shields on chrome and black finishes. The removable end cap simplifies maintenance and tuning adjustments. Equipped with 18mm O2 bungs and 12mm adapters, this exhaust system supports optimal fueling and performance tuning. Hand TIG welding adds to the quality and durability of the assembly. Please note that discoloration, such as bluing, is caused by tuning, cam timing, overheat, or jetting and is not covered under warranty. Designed to fit Mid-Controls from 1991 to 2017 and forward controls from 2007 to 2017, this system is made in the USA. Since installation may affect your motorcycle's fuel-air mixture, consult your manufacturer before making modifications. This product is not legal for sale or use in California on pollution-controlled vehicles, and warranties do not cover discoloration resulting from normal tuning processes.
