Featuring full 2-inch left side crossover and 4-1/2-inch muffler bodies with 2-inch inlets, this system ensures optimal exhaust flow. The high-flow 16-gauge three-stepped primary headers, measuring between 1-3/4 to 2 inches, are engineered for improved horsepower and low-end torque, making your ride more powerful and responsive. The enlarged interconnected headers contribute to better exhaust scavenging, further boosting overall performance.
Constructed with 16-gauge heat shields that are 220°, the system maintains durability and heat resistance during demanding riding conditions. Baffles wrapped in stainless steel wool and high-temperature fiberglass deliver a rich, mellow tone that enhances the motorcycle's sound profile. Heavy-duty AccuSeal® reaction-block clamps secure the system firmly, ensuring durability and ease of installation. The system also incorporates 18 mm and 12 mm O2 bungs welded into the primaries for optimal sensor placement and tuning flexibility. For additional low-end performance, optional inserts are available separately.
