Enhance your Harley FL motorcycle's performance with the Khrome Werks 200435 2-Into-2 Two-Step Crossover Header System. Designed with enlarged interconnected headers, this system significantly improves horsepower and low-end torque for a more powerful ride. The headers feature stepped primary pipes ranging from 1-3/4 inches to 1-7/8 inches, crafted from high-flow 16-gauge steel to maximize exhaust flow and efficiency. A full 2-inch left side crossover and 4-1/2-inch muffler bodies with 2-inch inlets ensure optimal exhaust routing and sound enhancement.
Constructed with 16-gauge heat shields measuring 18 mm and 12 mm, the system provides durability and heat protection, maintaining performance under demanding conditions. The removable baffles, wrapped in stainless steel wool and high-temperature fiberglass, deliver a rich, mellow tone that can be tailored with optional Ripper baffles and additional performance baffles available separately.
Welded into the primaries are 18 mm and 12 mm O2 bungs, facilitating precise tuning and diagnostics. Heavy-duty AccuSeal® reaction-block clamps secure the headers to the muffler system, ensuring a reliable connection.
