Enhance your motorcycle's performance with the Khrome WERKS 200445 2-Into-2 Two-Step Crossover Header System. Designed for Harley FL models, this system features enlarged interconnected headers that improve horsepower and low-end torque for a more responsive ride. The 1-3/4” to 1-7/8” high-flow 16-gauge stepped primary headers optimize exhaust flow, maximizing engine efficiency. A full 2” left side crossover ensures balanced exhaust scavenging, contributing to increased power and smoother acceleration. The system includes 4-1/2” muffler bodies with 2” inlets and 16-gauge heat shields, providing durability and heat resistance. The headers are equipped with 18 mm and 12 mm O2 bungs welded into the primaries, facilitating precise tuning and optimal fuel management.
Removable baffles, wrapped in stainless steel wool and high-temperature fiberglass, deliver a rich, mellow tone while allowing customization. Heavy-duty AccuSeal® reaction-block clamps secure the header-to-muffler connection, ensuring a tight seal and reliable performance. Optional Ripper baffles are available separately to boost low-end performance and enhance exhaust sound, giving riders flexibility to tailor their motorcycle's sound and power. Additional performance baffles can also be purchased separately to further customize the exhaust system.
