Its innovative design removes the OEM catalytic converter, reducing heat emissions and increasing rider comfort, especially during extended rides or high-performance riding scenarios. The system features a 2-step head pipe with diameters ranging from 1-3/4" to 1-7/8", ensuring optimal exhaust flow and performance. High-flow baffles measuring 2-1/2" are wrapped in stainless steel wool and high-temperature fiberglass, providing excellent sound quality and durability. A tapered baffle exit cone enhances low-end torque, improving acceleration and responsiveness across various riding conditions. For tuning versatility, the headers include 18 mm and 12 mm O2 sensor bungs welded into the primaries, suitable for street-legal applications or race-only setups.
