This comprehensive kit replaces traditional mechanical cams and tensioners with a state-of-the-art hydraulic tensioner system, effectively eliminating wet sumping, blowby, and oily air cleaner issues. The result is a cleaner engine operation, improved airflow, and a significant reduction in engine temperatures by 25°-35°F, alongside oil temperature drops of 15°-30°F. Maintaining optimal oil pressure between 15 to 30 psi, this kit ensures your engine runs smoothly under demanding conditions.
The package includes a high-volume Feuling® Race Series™ oil pump, a high-flow camplate, REAPER® Series conversion camshafts, Race Series™ hydraulic roller lifters, quick-install adjustable pushrods, sprockets, hydraulic tensioner pads and housings, chains, spacers, Timken® bearings, gaskets, O-rings, hardware, ARP® fasteners, washers, moly lube, and Loctite®. All components are engineered to work harmoniously, delivering a seamless installation process and dependable performance. Crafted in the USA, this kit is compatible with 1999-2006 Twin Cam engines, utilizing the inner cam journals from that era to accommodate the '07-'16 camplates, oil pump, and chain drive system. Please note, it does not fit the '06 Dyna models.
