This comprehensive kit replaces outdated mechanical cams and tensioners with a modern hydraulic tensioner system, effectively eliminating wet sumping, blowby, and oily air cleaner issues. All components are engineered to work seamlessly together, ensuring smooth operation and improved engine efficiency. Engine temperatures run 25°-35°F cooler, while oil temperatures decrease by 15°-30°F, contributing to extended engine life and consistent performance. The kit also maintains oil pressure within a healthy range of 15 to 30 psi, supporting optimal lubrication under various riding conditions.
Included in the kit is the Feuling Race Series high volume oil pump, which delivers ample oil flow to critical engine parts. The high flow camplate, paired with REAPER Series conversion camshafts, provides a significant performance boost. Race Series hydraulic roller lifters ensure durable operation and reduced maintenance. Quick-install adjustable pushrods, sprockets, hydraulic tensioner pads and housings, chains, spacers, and Timken bearings are provided to facilitate a straightforward installation process. Gaskets, O-rings, hardware, ARP fasteners, washers, moly lube, and Loctite ensure a secure and leak-free assembly. This kit is proudly made in the USA and is compatible with 1999-2006 Twin Cam engines, utilizing the '99-'06 inner cam journals to support the '07-'16 camplates, oil pump, and chain drive system.
