Crafted for motorcycle enthusiasts seeking increased horsepower and torque, this exhaust system features 1-3/4” to 1-7/8” 16-gauge stepped primary headers that efficiently merge into a 2-1/2” collector, optimizing exhaust flow. The system is equipped with 2-1/2” high-flow baffles wrapped in stainless steel wool and high-temperature fiberglass, designed to improve sound quality and performance while withstanding extreme heat. The tapered 2-1/2” baffle exit cone enhances low-end torque, delivering better acceleration and power delivery at lower RPMs. High-temperature 220° F heat shields made from 16-gauge stainless steel provide thermal protection and a sleek appearance. Welded into the primaries are 18 mm and 12 mm O2 bungs, allowing for proper sensor placement and tuning. The system is shown with an optional end cap, offering customization options to match your style.
