The system includes 1-3/4-inch to 1-7/8-inch high-flow, 16-gauge, two-stepped primary headers that provide both increased horsepower and improved low-end torque. The enlarged interconnected headers promote better exhaust scavenging, resulting in smoother power delivery and increased performance across the RPM range. The exhaust system is equipped with 2-1/2-inch, 220-degree 16-gauge heat shields that protect surrounding components while maintaining a sleek appearance. Baffles wrapped in stainless steel wool and high-temperature fiberglass produce a rich, mellow tone that enhances the motorcycle's sound profile without excessive noise. Heavy-duty AccuSeal® reaction-block clamps ensure a secure, leak-free connection between the headers and mufflers, simplifying installation and maintenance.
