Upgrade your M8 engine's oil system with the Feuling Parts High Flow Camplate, Part #8017, designed for optimal performance and durability. Constructed from 7075 billet aluminum, this camplate is 50% stronger and harder than factory cast components, ensuring long-lasting integrity under demanding conditions. The design features enlarged oil pump reservoirs and critical passages, including scavenging return holes, to significantly increase oil flow and volume.
The camplate's precise alignment of oil port holes with the engine case enhances oil circulation throughout the engine, effectively lowering operating temperatures by 15-25 degrees Fahrenheit and reducing oil temperature by a similar margin when paired with a Feuling® HP+ or RS oil pump. This improved cooling helps prevent overheating, extends engine life, and maintains optimal performance during high-stress riding.
The robust construction minimizes flexing and eliminates the need for bronze bushings by increasing the strength and hardness of the camplate. This allows the component to hold tighter tolerances at elevated temperatures, ensuring consistent operation and reducing maintenance concerns. When combined with a Feuling® Race Series Oil Pump, users can expect rear wheel power gains of approximately 2 horsepower and 2 ft. lbs. of torque, providing a noticeable performance boost.
