This kit includes a billet 7075 aluminum high flow camplate, which is 50% harder and stronger than factory components, ensuring durability and longevity. The camplate features enlarged oil pump reservoirs and precisely matched oil passages, which significantly increase oil volume and flow to critical engine parts such as lifters, piston cooling jets, crankshaft, and rod bearings. This results in enhanced lubrication, reduced engine temperatures by up to 25 degrees Fahrenheit, and improved engine efficiency. The system also includes a high volume billet 6061 aluminum oil pump, engineered for quiet operation and consistent pressure, with a relief valve seated at a minimum of 30 psi and full pop-off at 55-60 psi. This setup effectively eliminates common pressure and scavenging issues associated with factory oiling systems, thereby reducing wet sumping and blowby. The combination of larger gears and optimized passages provides up to 42% more scavenge volume and 68% more oil flow to the crankshaft and connecting rod bearings, contributing to cooler operation and increased oil pressure by 10-30 psi.
