Upgrade your Twin Cam engine's oiling system with the FEULING PARTS Performance Oil System, Part 7075. This comprehensive kit is designed to enhance oil pressure, increase oil volume, and improve overall oil flow and return efficiency. The billet 7075 aluminum oil pump is 50% harder and stronger than factory pumps, enabling tighter tolerances under high temperatures and providing more reliable performance. Engineered to eliminate common issues such as wet sumping and oily air cleaners, this system contributes to cleaner operation and more consistent lubrication. Test results demonstrate significant improvements, including 25-35°F cooler engine temperatures, 15-30°F cooler oil temperatures, and an increase of 15-30 lbs of oil pressure, resulting in quieter, smoother engine operation. Additionally, the kit delivers around 3 more horsepower and 4 ft-lbs of torque to the rear wheel, translating to noticeable performance gains. The full-travel hydraulic lifters included are Race Series®, featuring a full .200” of travel designed with a slower bleed-down rate to accommodate heavy valve spring pressures and increase engine rpm before valve float. They also offer increased roller clearance for steep ramped camshafts, reducing oil aeration during high-lift, fast-action camshaft operation. For models from 1999-2001 with Magneti Marelli ignition, a rear cam sprocket is required. An optional Feuling® x ARP oil pump and camplate bolt kit is available under Part #2401-0993 for further customization and installation confidence.
