The Feuling Parts 1108 High-Performance Valve Spring Kit is designed for V-Twin engines demanding reliable and durable valve operation. These direct bolt-in replacements require no machining or rocker box clearancing, making installation straightforward and hassle-free. Machined from premium-grade high tensile chrome silicon single-conical ovate wire, the springs are shot-preened with a specially processed thermal heat treatment and a super NexTex® finish to enhance fatigue life, ensuring long-lasting performance even under high-stress conditions. This kit includes Endurance Beehive® valve springs, optionally with titanium retainers, along with machined spring seats, seat shims, valve locks, and Viton® valve seals, all manufactured in the USA for quality assurance. Capable of handling up to 0.565 inches of lift, these springs are suitable for high-performance applications, providing consistent valve control at elevated RPMs. The springs' seat pressure varies with lift, with specifications such as 134 lb at 1.375 inches, decreasing gradually at higher lifts for optimal performance. The open height measures approximately 0.970 inches, with coil bind occurring at about 0.920 inches, ensuring safe operation during aggressive cam profiles. Cam specifications are measured with a 1.61 rocker arm ratio on the lifter at 0.050 inches lift, compatible with stock 6.00 mm valve stems with triple grooves. This kit offers a reliable upgrade for V-Twin engines seeking enhanced valve stability, longevity, and performance under demanding riding conditions, making it a valuable addition to any high-performance motorcycle engine build.
