The FEULING PARTS M8 1207 High Load Beehive Valve Spring Kit is engineered to meet the demanding needs of high-performance V-Twin engines. Crafted from premium grade Hi-tensile chrome silicon single conical ovate wire, these springs undergo a shot-peen process, thermal heat treatment, and a super NexTex® finish to ensure exceptional fatigue life and durability. Designed as a direct bolt-in replacement, this kit requires no spring seat or rocker cover machining for up to 0.565 inches of lift, making installation straightforward for most applications. The springs are capable of accommodating over 0.600 inches of cam lift but may necessitate spring seat pocket machining on the cylinder heads to set the correct spring open height, especially for larger lift camshafts.

The use of smaller, lighter weight titanium retainers significantly reduces valve weight, enabling quicker revving and smoother operation compared to conventional dual or single valve springs. This reduction in valve train mass enhances stability, minimizes valve spring separation, and decreases valve-train noise and harmonic vibrations. The kit includes a matched set of high load Beehive® valve springs, titanium retainers, machined spring seats, seat shims, valve locks, and premium Viton® valve seals featuring a spring-loaded valve stem wiper system for reliable sealing and performance.

With a seat load of approximately 151 pounds at 1.475 inches open height and a maximum coil bind at 0.945 inches, these springs are optimized for +0.540 inches lift camshafts, ensuring proper valve control at high RPMs. They are manufactured in the USA and are recommended specifically for large lift camshafts and race-style engines. Proper installation at the correct open height is essential to prevent extreme rocker arm deflection and ensure optimal engine performance.
