The Legend Suspension Revo-A Shock for Harley Softail models features a revolutionary coil design engineered for superior ride comfort and enhanced performance. Available in 12.5, 13, and 13.5 inches, this shock offers both standard and heavy-duty applications, ensuring optimal handling across various riding conditions. The Revo-A coil spring provides increased resistance to bottoming out, delivering a smoother ride over uneven terrain and long-distance journeys. Its design includes an adjustable preload, allowing riders to easily fine-tune the setup for personal preferences or changing loads, ensuring consistent comfort and control.
Seven external knob adjustments utilize needle valve technology to precisely tune rebound performance, accommodating different riding styles and rider weights. The low friction sleeve bearings at both ends facilitate easy installation and enable the shock to float within its mount, preventing shock bind and maintaining smooth operation. Crafted from hard anodized, machined billet aluminum with a 46 mm mono tube, this shock boasts a lightweight high-flow piston design that improves fluid flow for superior handling and bike control. The hardened chromed shaft, which is 14% larger, offers increased strength and durability, supporting long-term reliability.
Internally, a floating nitrogen piston ensures consistent damping performance, while deflective disc valving self-adjusts according to riding frequency for controlled response. The durable chrome-silicon spring maintains a consistent spring rate for the life of the motorcycle. Legend’s low friction sealing system and sliding bearings enhance overall performance and feel, providing a responsive and confident riding experience.
