Upgrade your M8 engine with the S&S Cycle 132" Power Package HPT496, designed specifically for 114"/117" models with 4.50" stroke. This comprehensive kit increases engine displacement to 132" without requiring case machining, making it an ideal choice for high-performance applications. The big bore 4.320" cylinder and 11.0:1 forged pistons ensure enhanced power output and durability. The package includes an S&S oil pump and cam plate, with passage plugs that are removable for easy servicing, along with independent scavenge sections for the flywheel cavity and cam chest, promoting optimal oil flow and engine longevity.
The kit features debris screens in both scavenge pickups and a magnet in the cam chest to prevent debris from entering the oil pump, further protecting your investment. Increased oil flow capacity on both feed and scavenging sides ensures efficient lubrication under demanding conditions. The adjustable pressure relief valve allows fine-tuning of oil pressure with the unit installed, enhancing engine performance and reliability. Quickee pushrods with pushrod tubes, premium S&S tappets, and hard anodized, black-coated tappet cuffs of billet aluminum construction contribute to smooth operation and longevity.
