Fully assembled with high-quality S&S heavy-duty 7.659" connecting rods, the assembly features full-width wrist pin ends and is dynamically balanced to ensure smooth operation at higher RPMs. Trued to less than .0005 inch runout on pinion and sprocket shaft bearing surfaces, this flywheel assembly ensures reliable performance and compatibility with gear drive cams.

Manufactured from CNC-machined, heat-treated steel forgings using closed-die forging techniques, these flywheels are 114% stronger than late-model stock steel flywheels, providing added strength and longevity. The assembly’s design includes forged pinion and sprocket shafts as part of the flywheel, with the only joints being where the 1.671 inch diameter connecting rod crankpin is pressed into the flywheels. This construction enhances overall structural integrity and performance.
