Crafted from 7075 aluminum, the FUELING® billet camplate is 50% harder and stronger than factory or OE+ options, providing durability and enhanced oil passage capacity to improve lubrication to vital engine components. This kit increases oil flow by enlarging reservoir and passage sizes, ensuring critical areas such as lifters, piston cooling jets, crankshaft, and rod bearings receive optimal lubrication for reduced wear and improved longevity. The matched oil portholes throughout the camplate and engine case facilitate smoother flow, contributing to cooler engine operation and increased efficiency. FUELING® oil pumps included in this kit are bench tested and feature sealed relief valves set to a minimum of 30 psi, with full pop-off at 55-60 psi, ensuring reliable pressure regulation. The larger gears and precisely sized passages deliver 42% more scavenge volume and 68% more oil volume to key engine bearings, which translates to 15°-25° cooler engine temperatures and 15°-30° cooler oil temperatures during operation. This combination reduces wet sumping, blowby, and oily air cleaner issues, while providing 10-30 psi of additional oil pressure for improved performance. Test results demonstrate gains of approximately 2 horsepower and 2 ft/lbs of torque at the rear wheel. The kit includes a billet 6061 aluminum high volume oil pump, high flow camplate, HP+® hydraulic roller lifters, cam installation kit, cam bearing, fastener bolts, washers, and engine assembly lube, making it a comprehensive upgrade. Made in the USA, this kit is compatible with existing factory components and offers optional ARP bolt kits for added security. Proper clearance checks are recommended on the front exhaust lifter to camshaft flange fit to ensure optimal installation and operation.
