Vented Dipstick - Black - Dyna

Improve crankcase ventilation and oil-level monitoring with the Feuling Parts 3094 Vented Dipstick, designed as a stock replacement for compatible Dyna models. This black billet dipstick helps vent excessive crankcase pressure from the oil tank through a PCV-style breather system that includes an oil separator, perforated disc, replaceable filter element, and umbrella flapper valve. By managing blowby pressure forced past the piston rings and cylinders, the system helps reduce unwanted pressure buildup in the oil tank and supports smoother engine operation.
The Feuling Parts 3094 includes two venting configurations for flexible installation. Option one uses a 1/8-inch NPT breather vent fitting with an internal porous filter element. Option two uses a quick-disconnect coupler with rubber hose and a filter element. The dipstick also provides two oil-level reading references: Full Hot Stand (FHS) with the motorcycle on the jiffy stand, or Full Hot Upright (FHU) with the motorcycle held upright and level. Because the oil pickup port is located on the right side of the engine, allowing the motorcycle to idle or warm up on the kickstand can naturally fill the engine case and produce an inaccurate oil-tank reading.
Feuling testing indicates that proper venting and oil-level control can help lower engine oil sump levels, reduce blowby, promote freer-revving performance, and support improved fuel mileage. Feuling recommends maintaining the oil level between 90% and 99% full when hot for proper operation. The dipstick screws directly into the factory oil-fill spout and is made in the USA. The component becomes hot during operation, so use a glove when checking the oil level. Verify application compatibility and follow the correct hot oil-checking procedure before installation or service.
