Upgrade your engine with the FEULING PARTS 487 Reaper Chain Drive Camshaft Kit, designed for high-performance applications on 114" and 117" engines. This comprehensive kit combines a precision-engineered camshaft with a chain drive, race series hydraulic lifters, and an advanced oil pump to deliver optimal power and efficiency. The camshaft features a 38° overlap and is tuned for an RPM range of 2,250 to 6,100, providing excellent response to increased bore and compression while maintaining strong bottom-end torque and pulling hard above 2,950 rpm. Crafted for high-performance engines, the camshaft specs are measured in the engine on the lifter at 0.050 with a 1.61 rocker arm ratio, ensuring precise timing and performance. The included cam installation kit contains essential components such as cam bearings, hardware, and gaskets/O-rings for a straightforward setup.

The race series hydraulic lifters are machined steel units with 0.200" of travel, designed to withstand high rpm and demanding conditions, providing reliable valve operation. The one-piece pushrod is constructed from HP+ heavy-duty 7/16" diameter tube with a 0.165" wall thickness, heat-treated and finished in black oxide for durability and concentricity. The high-flow oil pump features 2.250" chrome moly gerotor gears, offering 27% more pressure and scavenge volume than stock, with matched passages and holes to ensure maximum oil volume to the crankshaft and connecting rod bearings. This results in cooler engine and oil temperatures by up to 25° and 30° respectively, along with increased oil pressure by 10-30 PSI, reducing wet sumping, blow-by, and oily air filter issues.
